Being Queer, Multicultural, and trauma impacted, Nicole is passionate about creating a foundation for others like them to build themselves up. Having founded the beginnings of Emerging Unidos, they are passionate about changing the toxic behaviors in non-profits and ensuring community led programming and support.

Having worked as a farmworker as child, Jesus developed a very close relationship and pride with his community. He has a deep seated passion to see change in how farmworkers and youth are treated, the opportunities they are given, and the systems that impact us in our community.

Gabriella Campbell is a Winnemem Wintu woman from Northern California whose life’s work weaves community leadership, cultural stewardship, motherhood, and land-based values into dignified, community-centered systems grounded in collective care and reciprocity.

Farmworker Systems Navigator
Mayra Y. Rosales Rodriguez is a Community Health Worker and Personal Health Navigator with Emerging Unidos, serving farmworker families and Spanish-speaking communities. With Mexican roots and a deep love for her community, she brings lived experience as an immigrant, having witnessed firsthand the barriers and challenges many families face. She is dedicated to bridging gaps and connecting people to resources, support, and opportunity.
