Mentoring and Community Building

The community surrounding young people is essential in their development and self confidence. We provide strong community ties into our programming while also integrating mentorship from community stewards with similar identities as participants.

Job Exploration and Life Skill Development

Through partnerships with community organizations and local small businesses we provide seasonal employment in order for young adults to develop Essential Employability Skills and work histories. Job training combined with life skill workshops ready young adults for the next steps in their lives.

Exploration and Activities

Culturally appropriate and inclusive trips, activities, and partnerships allow us to provide safe spaces for young people to explore their identities and interests. We couple these activities with counseling and team building to support and nurture the minds of the young people we serve.

Partnerships

Partnerships with community business and organizations are essential to our programming. They enable us to provide diverse resources and employment opportunities for job training that would otherwise be impossible. We fully believe in working with our community to make our programming the best it can be.

We are currently on the search for more partners, so if you feel like your business or organization would be a good fit, please reach out!
